These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArvanoMotion's website (arvanomotion.com) and motion design services ("Services"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our website or services. ArvanoMotion reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Services

ArvanoMotion provides professional motion design services including but not limited to:

• Logo Animation
• 3D Product Animation
• Video Editing
• 2D and 3D Animation
• Motion Graphics
• Custom Visual Effects

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Eligibility and Restrictions

ArvanoMotion reserves the right to decline or discontinue projects that involve or promote content which conflicts with our ethical and creative standards. We focus on producing positive, professional, and brand-safe visual content.

Examples of content we do not accept

• Adult or sexually explicit material
• Promotion of gambling, betting, or related industries
• Alcohol, drug, or tobacco promotion
• Content related to nightclubs, bars, or intoxicant marketing
• Violent, hateful, or extremist material
• Political or religious propaganda intended for persuasion or division
• Scams, get-rich-quick schemes, or deceptive marketing
• Content involving fraud, illegal activities, or violation of rights
• Material that disrespects any group, community, or belief

We may request clarification about a project before acceptance to ensure it aligns with these content guidelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of ArvanoMotion, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project requirements
• Supply necessary materials, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the right to use any materials you provide to us
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals
• Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Represent your business truthfully and accurately

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Prices are quoted in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Materials

You retain all rights to any materials you provide to us for use in your project. By providing such materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your project.

ArvanoMotion Work

Upon full payment of all fees, ArvanoMotion transfers to you the final deliverables and grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the completed work for your business purposes.

Portfolio Usage

We may feature completed work on our website, portfolio, or social media to showcase our creative capabilities, unless the client explicitly requests that the work remain private.

Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock footage, music, etc.) used in your project are subject to their respective licensing terms. You are responsible for any additional licensing fees required for your intended use.

7. Project Timeline and Revisions

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays may occur due to:

• Late delivery of client materials or feedback
• Scope changes requested during the project
• Unforeseen technical challenges
• Force majeure events

Revision Policy

Our standard packages include:

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions during the production phase
• Minor adjustments within 7 days of final delivery
• Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellation

• Before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• After work begins: No refund, but you will receive all work completed to date
• After final delivery: No refunds will be issued

ArvanoMotion Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel projects for reasons including but not limited to:

• Non-payment or repeated late payments
• Unreasonable client demands or behavior
• Requests for work that violates our content guidelines
• Misrepresentation of business or project details
• Breach of these Terms

In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund for work not yet completed.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Project details and specifications
• Business information and strategies
• Technical processes and methodologies
• Any information marked as confidential

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArvanoMotion shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services or integrations
• Downtime or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all platforms or devices

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ArvanoMotion harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use of the delivered services
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Any materials you provide for use in your project
• Misrepresentation of your business or project

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

1. First, through good-faith negotiations between the parties
2. If unresolved, through mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator
3. Finally, through binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan

Each party shall bear its own costs of dispute resolution, except as otherwise required by law.

14. General Provisions

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us
